Heading back soon - need help please!

Hi everyone! Thanks in advance for any assistance. I'm heading back in April for the first time in a couple years, and I hope you can help with a few questions.

1. Are the Guest Relations mobile/umbrella CMs still around the parks? I have multiple mobility issues, and they were extremely helpful on my last visit.
2. Are buses still relatively efficient/reliable despite the limited capacity? (Of course, I mean that within the context of WDW buses ever being reliable )
3. Are resorts off-limits if you don't stay there or have an ADR?
4. I'm considering Coronado. Caribbean Beach was too large for me to walk from place to place, and I didn't care for their bus system, as they always seemed to be full by the time they got to my stop. Is Coronado similar to CBR in those respects? We may wind up at All Star with a preferred room if so.
5. Is a character meal the only place to get a picture with Mickey? I understand it is distanced, but that's better than nothing!
6. Are there any shops that still do same-day personalization (as opposed to 2-4 day) of Mickey ears? I know Main St. used to, but I feel like I heard that stopped.

This is my replacement honeymoon (original still has travel ban several months later), so trying to be prepared! Thanks again.

Hello! I'll answer a few of your questions, not sure I can answer them all.

1. Yes! You can also go into the Disney World app, go to the map, click the drop down at the top and change to Guest Services. Filter by park and click Show List to see what's available. You can then click something specific and click find on map to pinpoint that specific service.

2. Buses are still getting around... As best as they can. Each location changes day to day of course, but, most people recommend showing up early to the bus stop to avoid issues getting to a park.

3. No, you only need those if driving yourself or using ride shares. You can take any Disney transportation to any resort.

4. Don't know

5. Yes, Mickey is only at Character meals. If I had to recommend one, go with Topolinos. It's a wonderful meal, the characters are really good here, and the view is spectacular.

6. Don't know.
