Head of MK Food & Beverage

My son has a severe food allergy, and I recently contacted the MK food & beverage office to get a little bit of information. The woman I spoke to was phenomenal. Not only did she give me the information I asked for, she also emailed me with additional information, AND contacted our resort to let the head Chef there know that we were coming (and I know she did, because he called later that day)! She went above and beyond for me.

Does anyone have an email, or snail-mail address of the Head Person at the MK Food & Beverage office? I would love to send a note to him/her to let them know what a gem the woman I spoke to was. TIA!
