HEA or SW Dessert Party?

Hi everyone! Looking forward to heading to WDW in August with DS and DS - son and sister! DS (son) is pretty short for his age, so I'm worrying about him seeing Happily Ever After and the Star Wars Fireworks. I have dessert parties reserved for both, but we can really only do one. Which one would you choose? After seeing the amazing premiere of HEA last night, I'm thinking that dessert party might be more beneficial in terms of space to see the show. Any opinions? TIA for all advice.

Quick thought:
Are you major Star Wars fans? If so, then I'd guess the SW party would be more beneficial. I think there are a few stormtroopers that may make appearances in the party, and the food/drinks have some kind of sw theming. Whichever one you don't do, just plan for getting a good spot early.

For SW w/o party - I'd suggest finding a spot on one of the areas that will be a roped off walking path, and getting a spot right behind the rope so nobody can stand in front of you.

The Star Wars Fireworks aren't very worth it if you're not huge fans- sort of underwhelming in my opinion. I'd say go for Happily Ever After!

Thanks all - I'm really torn because we are pretty big SW fans, and the food and character interactions seem to be great during the SW dessert party. But, I don't think we need the viewing location as much for the SW fireworks. The viewing location seems like it will be a bog deal for HEA, so I'm stuck at opposing reasons for both. :(

I very much suggest going for HEA as it'll most likely be extremely hard to get a good viewing area without the party. I had to camp out for three hours to get a good spot for HEA- but if you do end up going for the SW party, hope it works out. If you don't, i suggest visiting Star Wars Launch Bay because you get some good character interaction there too.

a couple of things. There is no character interaction during the SW dessert party other than the stormtroopers walking you out to the viewing area.
The viewing area for SWaGS is much, much smaller than HEA. If you are looking at the dessert party for viewing area then SWaGS will be more "worth it"
