Does the HEA dessert party ADR window open at the usual 180 days at 6 AM EST?

I have been trying to book the Plaza Viewing OR Terrace Viewing party since 5AM CST on my 180+10 for October 7th. It did "open" for booking, but had NO availability (and hasn't, I've been checking daily since). I'm interested to know if anyone going in October or beyond has been able to book a HEA dessert party.
