HEA and a possible dining reservation?

If a party has a dinner reservation at the Plaza at 7:30, would one hour be enough time to eat and get out to HEA at 8:30?

Maybe? We waited 35 minutes past our reservation time last time we ate there, though.

Also, if HEA is at 8:30, you will not likely find any space to stand anywhere near the hub/main st unless you arrive 20-30 minutes early (at least).
