After much discussion, My DH and I decided that he would take the kids (DD - 15 and DS- 11) on a quick two night trip this summer to Hersheypark. (Short version of long story - My DDad was diagnosed with a stage 4 brain tumour in Sept. and I don't want to go away at all this summer.)

Anyway, we go to Hershey every summer and I did not want to break the tradiiton. We have so much fun (just like our fun at WDW!). So, DH agreed to take them.

My DD was so excited and happy. My DS immediately said......I'm not going without Mommy!

Awwwww, what a sweetie. Kids have a way of doing that to us, huh? I hope he reconsiders. It would be nice for your DH to have some alone time with the kids.

As soon as he said it (after I wanted to squeeze him for being so nice), I tried to tell him that it was ok. I wanted everyone to go, etc. etc. etc. and I was really convincing because I really do want the three of them to go.

He said he'd think about it.

I love him more than anything in the universe!
