HDMI port

I just purchased a Kodak Z18. I was at Wal Mart and they had the Kodak Z16 bundle pack on clearance for $50. It was $139.
I looked at the Kodak website and one difference is that the Z18 has an HDMI port. What does HDMI port mean? Does that mean the Z16 cannot be plugged directly into the computer?

NO, an HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) connection allows you to connect your camera directly to a HDTV for playback of videos and pictures.
