HDDR or 1900 PF for DDs 9th birthday

We've done both and really enjoy them. She's expressed interest in both.

I also want to order a specialty cake. I know 1900 PF will accomodate that, but will HDDR?

If you could tell me why you would pick one over the other, I would greatly appreciate it

Tough one... I would probably let DD make the final decision. My personal choice would be 1900 PF, but you really can't go wrong with either one!

I chose 1900 Park Fare. You can definitely get a cake, the characters are wonderful, and the food includes some of the best I've had at WDW. You can't go wrong here!

I guess I'd ask her, too, unless the trip is a surprise. My daughter is funny about characters so we are doing HDDR. I found that you can preorder a cake for any table service restaurant according to this link:

I may do this, too, at HDDR because it will be a couple weeks before her 8th bday. The trip is a bday surprise...not on her actual b-day because her b-day always falls on T-giving week and I avoid that week for travel like the plague! Hope she likes whatever you choose, how could she not, you'll be vacationing in the World. Best wishes!!

We did HDDR this year for DS 10th birthday and he loved it! Of course he loves ribs so that helped.
