DH and I are heading to WDW with my parents and brother over Easter. We are spending 2 extra nights on our own at the end of the trip. We love HDDR! The only seating available for 4/3 is the 8:30. We wanted the 6:15 but my gut says that since most pay in advance (unless they use DDP) is that the 6:15 is not going to come available.
We've done the last seating before and used dining credits for the Cat. 1 seating, but found that it was empty enough that everyone was seated in the 1st floor. But also, the food didn't seem quite as fresh as the year we did the 2nd seating. Now, my questions:
Do we hold out for the 6:15 and for the best? Or book the 8:30?
Also, should we save a little $$ and book Cat. 2 seating if we do book the 8:30?
