What time is the three o'clock parade?

We're staying at Bay Lake Tower and have a reservation for the late performance of the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. I know the boat from the Contemporary is the best way to get there, but will the boat be running after the show? I'm not sure how late the boats runs.
