I see a lot of posts on HDD here...just wondering what people think about it for a family with young kids. We are going in January and my daughter will be 5 and son almost 2. Will they enjoy this? Is it too long/too much? What are your experiences??? My daughter is kind of shy.:confused3

We took our DD4 last year and she LOVED it. :thumbsup2 They give you washboards to play w/ a spoon and she thought that was the best. We sat in the balcony and she couldn't take her eyes off the show. The only reason I didn't book it again this year is because I want to try the Spirit of Aloha. Think she'll like that too!

Good luck and enjoy! :)

I think your daughter particularly will enjoy it. It isn't too long as they intermingle the show and serving the food. Then all of a sudden - it's over! Our younger daughter was also in a shy phase on one of our visits. The cast is very cognizant of reluctance to participate of members of the audience.
