HDD not in ADR system for Nov?

I have been trying since our 180 day opened for booking for the week of Nov 12th and the cm's keep saying that the Hoop de doo availability hasn't been downloaded into the reservation system. It is also not showing available to book online. It only shows up to mid October

Does anyone know what is going on with this?
Has anyone gotten reservations for the week of November 12th at HDD?

The same with the lunch reservation with the Nemo preferred seating.

We are going the same week and I called Disney who said the schedule was not released yet and to call back at month end.

What is this Nemo seating you are referring to?

That is what I find strange, we have been to the HDD every other year since 1997 and never had an issue with it not being downloaded into the system with the other restaurants. Hope they aren't going to be shut down that week for maintenance

They offer a lunch reservation at Tusker House with preferred seating at the Nemo show.
 
Same thing happened in October. Give it a week and try again.
 

Thanks I have been trying for a week. My 180 days was last Monday and as of today still nothing

I was able to finally book my HDDR about 10 days after the 180 mark had passed. We are going last week of October. I tried online, calling Dining and then calling the HDDR box office directly. They all said same thing, it wasn't loaded in computer and to keep calling back. 10 days later, I had success.

They loaded Oct 16-31 at the same time so the people wanting the 16th had to wait more than 10 days.
 
I am going Nov. 11 - 18 and am having the same issue as you. On Sunday, the cast member I spoke with said to try back in the beginning of June. Apparently, they are having the same problem with the Fantasmic Dinner package as well.

I was able to book all my reservations on line at the 180 day mark except for the HDDR. I tried for a couple of days (very frustrating) and then just called down. Luckily, they were able to book it on line. I'm scheduled for October 29th.
 
We are going Nov 19-28, and I was able to book everything including F! @ Mama Melrose yesterday on my 180+10 EXCEPT HDDR. I called yesterday and again today with no luck. I will just keep trying ;)
 
I was up, dressed and at my computer at 5:50. Got all my ADR's except HDD. Spoke with CM Anne. Same story. It's not loaded into the computer yet and keep trying. My DS will have a heart attack if I don't get it! I guess I'll just keep logging in every morning until I'm successful.:surfweb:
 
I called again today and the CM I spoke with said that as far as she can tell HDDR is only loaded thru Nov 11th, nothing later than that yet; she said she has no idea why nor does her supervisor. I will stalk them every day if I need to, I just hope they load it soon so I don't have to.
 
I called again today and still nothing for later in November. CM said now he sees dates thru Nov 14th. I will just keep calling every day until I get it.....
 
I've been trying all week. Today the CM said something about the pricicng. Holiday surcharge the problem ???
