HDD and EWP

I have a PS for HDDoo at 7:15. How can I work this out so we can to see the EWP after dinner, since we'll be close by?

Exit the HDD, hit the bathroom and head to the beach. Wait a few minutes and enjoy!

Is the beach right there at Ft Wilderness? Will I have to go over to the Wilderness Lodge beach? I have never been in that area and have no idea how it's set up.

There is a beach right there at FW. You walk to the left after leaving the HDD and it is right there. There is also a nice little playground there. Enjoy!

Yep--just walk down the path towards the Marina. The dock is there, and the beach. Lots of beach chairs, just pull one up and relax and enjoy!

What time would you have to reserve the HDD in order to have time to watch the EWP?

Our HHDoo time is 7:15, and I think the EWP is about 9:15 or thereabouts?

We are staying at POR and attending the 7:15 HDD show one night. If we stay after HDD to see EWP will we still be able to catch a boat/bus back to our resort? Allearsnet says EWP passes Ft. Wildreness at 9:45.

And just wanted to add that we're staying all the way over at AKL and wondering about transportation. I'm sure they won't leave us stranded at FW!

EWP is at the Beach at Fort Wilderness at 9:45. DS and I saw it on our last full night at WDW. After the EWP, you would walk back up to the the Bus Stop, Trading Post, etc. You may have to do a bus to DtD and then another bus to AKL, but no, they will not strand you at FW!!!
