Hawaiian Mickey Shirts! 50% off @TDS

I went to my Disney Store this weekend (White Marsh, MD) and got 2 Hawaiian shirts- one for DS 7 and one for DS 1- they were 10.99 and 7.99. They also had adult sizes and little girls dresses in the same print. They look like typical Hawaiin shirts with some subtle Mickey Mouses. I thought they would be great for the cruise.
There was lots of great stuff 50% off.
Just thought I would let you know.

Did you notice if the store had this purse?

It's a really good price online, until you add in the shipping. I may have to talk DH into a trip down to the big mall so I can go to the Disney Store.

The Disney Stores don't carry that line in the stores. I bought the dress that matches that purse online -- wore if for our tropical night onboard and didn't see anyone else wearing it. The other line that th Disney Store is selling, I probably saw 15 families wearing those outfits on tropical night!

Thanks for the heads up on the Hawaiian Mickey Shirts. I was able to outfit the whole family for $80 with a code from mousesavers.com!! DD7 and I will be wearing the matching dresses and DH, DS10 and DS7 will be sporting the Hawaiian shirts. We will either look fabulous or like dorks depending on ones opinion! We are getting our Christmas cards made on the ship wearing our new fashions. Thanks!

How ironic. I was about to post this, as I purchased those same shirts for about $18 or $19 (don't remember which) at my Disney Store on Friday!

We'll be wearing ours in December! I paid full price though. I REALLLLLY wanted them and was afraid if I waited they wouldn't have them. It's okay...I rarely pay full price for anything, so this was special!

Those are so cute! I almost bought some for the whole family last weekend (dresses for me and DD) but decided I'd wait and cross my fingers that they go to 75% off. We won't be going until Fall '05 so I've got a while just in case.

YUP - I bought those too for our cruise November 6-13. I bought DH a shirt, myself a dress and DD4 and DD1 dresses so we can all match!!

We will probably be seeing a lot of people wearing them!!

Add our family to this list. I purchased them for all of us about three weeks ago when I hit a 50% off sale. They did not have my son's exact size so I purchased the next one and will have both him and my husband wear a white t-shirt underneath and leave the shirts out and opened.

I also want to use a picture of the four of us in this attire for our Christmas cards.

I am actually a little shocked that my husband is going along with it. When we were in Disney last May, we saw a family wearing similiar attire and he said "why didn't we do that". I said "I did not think you would go for it".

This is my exact concern!! I haven't told him about the outfits yet. DH dresses very conservatively(sp?) and I'm not sure he will wear the shirt. It's not like I'm asking him to wear it to work!
Maybe I can convince him that he won't know anybody on the ship so why not get a little wild?

OK, you guys made me look on line since we don't have a DS anywhere nearby. My family will now be wearing the light blue tropical matching outfits for Tropical night on the 12/4 Western. Not bad for $60!!! DH & DS needed new shirts anyway and I didn't like my dress from the last cruise. Now I don't feel like I have to wear it again.

Ha! I know what you mean! We bought a complete set in the light blue tropical pattern for our upcoming cruise. (We ordered them from the Disney Store online a couple of days ago. We would probably not have considered it if not for the sale.) I've been a bit worried that we may look a bit "too cute" all dressed the same, but judging from this thread, we will probably not be alone!

We purchased ours at TDS and they are a base of royal blue.

My sister and her family (they are coming on the same cruise) have the same outfits!!

I think this is a great idea - and fun - how many times in your life will your whole family be matching - something that you will remember forever!!
