Guess we are gaining hours but I see it doing a number on me since it will 6 hours total from home. They will tell you to turn back time on certain days to catch up with the time zone. I will enjoy the extra cruise hours on this leg. Last year I did Honolulu to Vancouver and it was so annoying to move forward every other sea day.
If you do it incrementally (like, one hour a night/every other night) it shouldn't be that bad. That's why DCL does it that way, so it's less noticeable than a 6 hour jump all at once.Guess we are gaining hours but I see it doing a number on me since it will 6 hours total from home.
Thats how I feel about gaining an hour. Losing 6 hours, even 1 hour ever other day, completely did a number on me (and what seemed like most of our ship, including the crew) during an EBTA however. If you do it incrementally (like, one hour a night/every other night) it shouldn't be that bad. We will be on the Vancouver to Hawaii Oct3rd and we were wondering the same thing. There is a 3 hour time change for me form Toronto to Vancouver.
Question is when does the time change next, when you get to Hawaii or gradual on the 5 sea days?
You can manually reset the time.I’m going bring a normal watch to wear and be able to change the time too.
It was annoying last cruise when the Apple Watch wouldn’t change time an hour head. My phone never changed either I don’t think because we don’t have wifi or data on it when out of the country.
I will have to check that out thanks. Someone in the coffee shop tried changing my phone on the ship last year and we couldn’t.….lolYou can manually reset the time.
