I'm just curious if anyone has any experience dealing with the? . Long story..but i ended up with 2 Hawaiian airlines accounts, one tied to the credit card. I'm trying to get them merged...the email response was to call 7am-4:30pm HST Mon-friday.. ok...so translating to CST...that is noon-9:30. I called the number that was given to me in the email. referenced the email with the ticket number THEY assigned.....that seemed to really through them off... 20 minutes later and after talking to a supervisor i'm told i need to wait 2-3 WEEKS to hear back from another division. um..no. Then i reiterate that i was told to call this number to merge the accounts...and she was like OH...let me transfer you to .... and now i'm 30 minutes on hold.. i'm actually getting scared to book them if their backoffice is this bad..... somebody tell me they are having an off day..
