Hawaii trades

Does anyone know if you trade for one of the places in Hawaii, do they usually trade for the cheapest type of room, ie mountain view opposed to ocean view? trying to decide if I should do a private trade , DVC trade or sell my points and pay for a room. thanks for any info.
