Having trouble w/sunshade on Mac any suggestions?

Just bought a 2006 Mac Quest. Love how it handles plus its so light BUT the sunshade is driving me nuts. When I try to adjust it it keeps going back to the original position (the pocket on the sunshade is empty so thats not the problem). I don't feel it blocks the sun enough so I try to adjust it forward and it keeps going back. Is it me - does anyone have this problem too? Any suggestions?

I have an older Quest and havent had any problems with the shade. Is the problem with the shade sliding up and down on the rails? If so, is there a way to tighten it with a screwdriver? Or is the problem with the tilting part? Mine stays in position when I tilt it forward. I suppose you could rig it with some string, but you spent a lot of money to not have it work right. I would go back to the store and test out the floor model. If it doesnt have the same problem, then I would exchange your stroller for a new one.

Problem is w/the tilting part. I ordered it online at babyuniverse.com. I'm not sure what I'll do - I'll keep fooling w/it. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Thanks!
