Having trouble viewing package reservation on DL site

Having trouble viewing package reservation on DL site. Does this site just not work well or is it just me? Am I going to have trouble paying off my package online when the time comes?

It's the website. Disney's IT sucks. Try pulling up your reservation without being signed in to your Disney online account, that usually works.

I know the viewing packages seem important, but most of the shows are pretty accesible.

Should I be able to pull up my DL package that I purchased through Costco on the DL website? My reservation number starts with a Y, if that makes a difference. The weird part is, it doesn't even show up in my Costco Travel account. Every car that I've ever rented from them does, but not my DL trip. I have the confirmation from Costco and everything. Perhaps Costco's IT is on par with Disney IT!

Hmmm just tried that but still no cigar. How annoying! Hopefully I won't have to call to pay off my package since I hate calling but I still have some time though.
