Having trouble logging in on DVC site

Ok I received a letter from DVC staying site down Oct 12- 14 , since then I have been trying to get on site with no luck... Page not available...Ok so I get an email for online check in....nothing I arrive on Oct 19. Any one else having trouble...thank you

The member site was not down during the system upgrade, access to your account information was not available. I was on the member website many times during the upgrade period and since. Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies.

Also, being logged on to other Disney websites can result in this not available error. I will get that error if I'm currently logged on to DisneyStore.com and try to access the member website without first logging off of DisneyStore.com.

We too received the letter that the system would be upgraded from 10/12 to 10/14 and might be down but never got the letter until 10/15!
