Having trouble getting throught to Disney dining!

Is anybody else having trouble getting through to disney dining lately? Today is 90 days from when I want to get a PS for Liberty tree tavern and I've been stuck on hold all day! I was literally on hold for 30 min about 2 hrs ago before I gave up and I just tried again and had to hang up afte 15min because my DD and DS (4 yr old twins) were tearing the house up! Does Liberty tree tavern go quickly or will I be ok calling tommorrow?

try 1-800-828-0228, then when prompted hit the number for dining. Use their dime (quarter?) instead of yours!

can you only use the 800 # only if you booked a vacation throught the Walt Disney travel co? I booked through AAA. I never knew they had a 800!

I have never had any major problems making a PS...I don't think I ever waited more than 10 minutes on hold....

They have been very busy lately. It's because the start of the big celebration is May 5, I think. I had a heck of a time with getting through and then getting what I wanted. This is the first time I have ever had this problem.

Disnemom. I use it all the time regardless of who I book through. I don't however, have AAA so I don't know. I have used it to make PS' or to change them after they were made by a TA though.

When I used the 800 number today, after pressing choice 3 it went right into the opening greeting just like you had called the WDW DINE- I think it just transfered me over. This is also the first time I've had to wait on hold so much, even with calling for Christmas time PS's. I'm really bummed about May now- we picked that time to go because it is usually a really slow time- we can usually walk straight onto rides with no wait (we're going the 2nd week in May). Oh well, I guess we'll just live with it if it is crowded- can't be any worse that being there on Christmas day last year!

Just an update for anyone calling -- I've been on hold for 37 minutes so far. And I just read about the 800 number but I'm not willing to hang up!!!

Oh MAN!!! I hope they are short on CM's and not that there will be A MILLION people at WDW during our stay. (I'm glad everyone wants to come to WDW and celebrate mine and DD's birthday, but JEEZ!!! Only DISers are allowed to go in May!!!

I've tried four times today and always got put on hold. I just can't sit on hold that long - my 2 and 3 year olds will have none of that. Ugh. I just wanted to try to change a PS for our upcoming trip, but it's just not worth it.

I have been doing the PSing thing this week as well... only one day did I have to stay on hold for more than a minute... all other days I was one of the first to be answered.

I have had to call back a few times to move somethings around and haven't had a problem yet.
