Having trouble getting through WDW Travel Comp. on phone mp

Anyone else having a hard time getting to talk to someone on WDW travel Comp. I go through all the promps and it won't take my Credit card # to make final payment. Now just waiting forever for nothing, music playing, but no CM answering.

Only # that gets through is 407-934-7639. The other number for 407-363-0029 will have you waiting for nothing, no one ever answers. Got through on 1st number within a minute.
