Having trouble deciding which stroller to bring next week....

I have no idea why this is such a tough decision. I keep going back and forth. I have a jeep jogger stroller with a swivel wheel and a Mac Quest. I know the jogger will be so much more bulky when taking the buses and boats but it just seems to provide much more shade. I took the advice of some posters and bought the extra shade for the quest. It still seems to leave dd exposed, but the stroller really is so light and maneuverable. Please share your experiences with a jogger stroller.
For a five month old, which stroller would you recommend that I bring.

We originally bought a Mac Quest for our September 2006 trip. We bought it for our then 3 month old but ended up bringing a Peg Perego P3 instead for her. It was a but more full featured and had better sun protection. We also used a Rayshade on it for better sun coverage and that worked great.

For our trip this September (she will be 14 months), we are again bringing a P3 (although a different one this time LOL) and that Mac Quest still sits hardly used in my dining room (along with 7 other strollers Ha Ha Ha...I am a bit stroller obsessed).

I would just go with whatever you think the baby wil be most comfortable in and which will meet your needs best. The Quest is nice and light but I liked having more storage on the P3 and I didn't have to worry about it tipping either. HTH

For a 5 month old, I don't think that the Quest is nearly enough stroller for as many hours as babies spend strolling in WDW! I wouldn't even bring our Mac for our 17mo on our next trip. Definitely the Jeep, of the two.

I agree with Colinsmom. At your child's age, use the more substantial stroller. We just bought a Mac Quest for my DS age 3 this time around, only because he's outgrown his Graco Quattro, which I LOVED. Yes, the bigger ones are a bit of a pain to get on and off trams, but the benefits of a comfy place for your child to rest and more room to store goodies and bags far outweigh that aggravation. I'll miss the Quattro next week. Sigh.
