Having trouble checking Reservation on Disney Cruise Line Site, anyone else?

Hi all, I keep trying to check my reservation through the Disney Cruise Line Website, and it just seems to hang there forever.... is anyone else having this trouble or is it me! ??? I wanted to order gifts and maybe apply credit to my account but can't get on. Any help is appreciated.

The site was having problems with new reservations and checking existing ones last night - kept getting error messages.

Yes that is the page I am referring to... but aftre entering my confirmation number and phone it just hangs there... ?

Their site has been flaky for several days now. I think it is due to the upgrade of the DCL site as well as the WDW site for the new WDW packages. Have patience and keep trying. It seems worse at night or midday.

If you booked through a travel agent, can you check your ressie online through the Disney Site?

You can only scheck on the DCL website if you booked directly with DCL. Here's a tip that took me a while to figure out: after you enter your confirmation#, enter your phone# without any punctuation/dashes (ex.4075555555).
