Having problems with the Disneystore.com site??

Is anyone else trying to order from disneystore.com right now & having problems with the site? I keep trying to add the Disney Candyland game to my cart & it says "The Product You Have Selected Cannot be Purchased at This Time".

Does that mean it's out of stock? I've seen out of stock items on the site before but it always just says out of stock and doesn't give you an option to add it to your cart.

Just ordered a few vinylmations and was able to check out...there did seem to be a glich in keeping my cart up to date though. In the end it worked out fine and I just received a confirmation email.

Yes it means it is sold out.

I think the Candyland game has been sold out for a couple of hours, according to a post I saw here earlier.

I have been trying to add some pookaloos to my cart and keep getting the same message as OP "The Product You Have Selected Cannot be Purchased at This Time".

I looked early this morning and it said sold out, then It showed instock but gave me the same error. I had no problem with anything else.

The Disney Store site irritates me like no other site does. It doesn't list stuff as sold out when it's sold out... it puts things in the clearance section that are all sold out but never removes it. I can't look at the detail of an item then go back to the list without getting bumped back to the very first time. It adds multiples of items to my cart or doesn't add them at all. Disneystore.com raises my blood pressure!! They're lucky I'm a sucker for Disney stuff, lol!

ETA: GAH!!!! Everything I've tried to add to my cart so far (Candyland, 2011 pin, Mickey head charm) gives me the same message. I'm convinced now that the entire website is sold out. Lol. Sorry, just had to vent somewhere. Carry on now.

Good luck getting what you order. We placed an order on Saturday and 7.....count them......7.......of the items were ordered are not available. The site allowed me to put them in my cart and pay for them. It was only after the shipping confirmation that they notified me the items were no longer available. Their site makes me crazy! Why list so many items if they are no longer available? I can see if it was one item, but 7?!?

Here's what the items were: Mickey Pin; 2011 pin; 2 different aprons; photo album; mickey pookaloo; & a shirt and hat combo. All showed were in stock when I placed them in my cart. In fact.....one of the items is still listed on their site today as available. Their site is crap.....always has been.

Same thing happened to me back when they had their clearance sale.

TONS of companies have online stores... I don't know why Disney manages to operate theirs so poorly.

I posted my complaint on a different thread. I spent an hour and a half trying to order things this morning and trying to pay off my trip. Their web-sites really suck!!!! I never have this much trouble on any other site. I am going to write a letter, not an e-mail, because but last time I did they kept sending me an answer, that did not correspond to my complaint. I finally said "this company just does not get it!" Did not hear back from that comment.

I was getting the same message. I even put some things in my cart, they showed up in my cart, kept shopping and they disappeared. Guess Mickey decided my kids didn't really want POTC legos for X-mas.

I ordered a few things yesterday with no problems ~ however, there must have been some problems then too b/c today I got an e-mail apologizing for any problems with a 25% off code.

The reason for the 25% off coupon is because of Tuesday's fiasco with the site crashing due to the disney designer princess dolls.
