Having Problems with CTTM....Help!

I joined Click to the Magic last week, and I have not been able to do anything on their website. Evertime I click on "Visiting Websites", "Shopping", "Trivia", or "Sweepstakes", I'm taken to a completely different website! So I've been unable to accumilate points since joining. (I did get like 55 points for joining, it's just that I can't seem to earn more points!)

Anyone else having problems with this?

Hello,

Yes this happens to me quite a bit. But mostly with the weekly offers and not the daily. I don't know what causes it however I belive that it is the high speed cable that we have that it pulls up the sight so fast that it dosen't give CTTM time to credit the offer. Just wanted to let you know your not crazy cause it happens to me. Maybe try and refesh each time before you click for the pts. Hope it all works out for you.

The exact same thing has been happening to me for about 3 weeks. All the click on banners (even those which are not point banners) turn into someone elses banner. Example: 800 patches, spyware banners, injet, copy your cd..... they have pretty much taken over all banners on all sites. Bonnie from CTTM tells me these are called "frame busters". I have no clue how to get rid of them and get my banners back to normal. I have a sneaky suspision I downloaded something which I did not want.....also I see "search2020" on my control panel which I can not delete to save my life. I think I need to dig deeper into my computer to delete this search2020. I now have Adware6 and a popup stopped which has helped a bit with the popup problem but not with the banner problem. I am a little nervous that I have been hijacked. I would also appreciate anyones input on how to stop our little problem.

By the way, CTTM is a great rewards site IMO. Please don't give up on it. Advise Bonnie by email of your problem. She is very helpful and understanding.

Not sure, I do the daily points by clicking on the monorail running across the top. I've never had a problem with it.

I haven't been doing the weekly points because I've been having the same problem as others. Of all the banners I only end up with maybe 3 points because they all turn into a winsweepstakes.net page. Really annoying.

Thanks for the tip! I didn't ever think to click on the monorail.....I always clicked the "need help" link which is below the monorail. The 'need help' link took me to the next page and I'd try to click "Visiting websites" and that took me to ftwrthtx.com (I've already written to Bonnie about this problem, she says it has been a problem in the past and that she'd look into it right away.)

Anyway, I'm starting to use the monorail and it works fine.

Hi all,
Just reading this thread. The Need Help link does go to the developer's site, I will get this resolved, thought we caught all of them a while ago!
As for the frame busters, yes, if you have a high speed connection, they are going to not allow for the credit. Just send me an email and I will manually credit them.
