Having problems signing into MDE

next month I'll be able to sign up for FP. Yet when I put in my username and password I get a message that says Something didn't go right and to try again later. Which I have and always get the same message. I knowcits the right password since I can get into the DVC Now that I think more I never tried on the desktop only on my cell since that's what I'd be using in the parks. Any ideas why I can't sign in on my cell. Thanks for any help

When did you start experiencing issues? MDE was experiencing issues yesterday. You can try logging in on your computer. If that works, try to uninstall and reinstall the app on your phone. If you cannot sign in on your desktop, maybe try contacting Disney IT.

Lots of problems with the site. I was still getting stitch showing up, so what worked for me today was to clear my browsing history and that seemed to work and the site has been working fine. No clue if it was just coincidence or if that in fact made a difference.

thanks for all the replies---I just tried logging in to MDE on the home computer and got in with no problems

so Im guessing the problem is with the app?

so someone here suggested uninstalling it and reinstalling it

so now my question is how do I do this--I dont even remember how I got it in the first place

Ok. Before you delete it, make sure you know your Apple ID password. You will need this to redownload the app. To delete, go to the app icon and hold your finger on it until it starts to wiggle and an x appears. Tap the x and confirm you want to delete the app. Then open the AppStore and search for the Disney World app. You can redownload it from there.
