Having problems receiving emails from Disney

Has anyone else been having problems receiving emails from Disney? When I made my reservation several months ago I had to call 4 times to get an email confirmation sent. I changed my dates two days ago and was told I would be sent an email confirmation and haven't received anything. Last May I never had any problems so I'm just curious if anyone else has been having issues. Thanks.

Yes, I have been having trouble receiving emails as well. Just paid off our June vacation on 3/11 and still have yet to receive a payment confirmation which normally comes immediately following and I normally receive an invoice showing my balance the next day. I called and the CM stated that she would issue another invoice. Still waiting.:confused3
 
i have been getting emails for sweepstakes...but never got our may reservation, tho just recv'd our april one I canceled:confused3
And it was my understanding that if its a room only, it no longer gets to you by email. But you can log onto disney dot com and then sign in and pull up any/all reservations you have and just print them out...good luck and enjoy your trip...:wizard:

Thanks! It was never mentioned to me that room only wouldn't receive an email so I wasn't sure. The cast member said she would email it to me, but she wasn't that friendly so she may have been saying that just to get me off the phone. I will log on and print it out. I prefer to have it in print when I arrive just in case there are issues. :)
