Having phones delivered/Sprint

I'm hoping someone can help ! We ordered new phones from Sprint and I just found out they're being delivered today, does anyone know from past experience if they require a signature ? I've been on hold now for 15 minutes just to ask this question and I really need to get to work !

depends. we just ordered a few new iphone 5's and they are requiring signatures. If you are talking about the new iphone, there is a way to pre-sign for them when you are tracking the package.

I cant believe i'm still on hold !! they're not the new IPhones, we ordered refurbished IPhone 4's, is there somewhere on the confirmation email that would say if they require a signature and i'm just not seeing it ? thanks so much for your help !!

Copy the tracking number Sprint provided you and go directly to the carrier's (UPS or FedEx) website and paste it under "track my number" (or something similar) -- you should see something, there as to whether or not a signature is required for your order.

I don't know about Sprint, but we received 2 iphone 5s from AT&T Friday, no signature required (sent via FedEx).

You can leave a signed note on your door giving permission for these to be left. Only recommended for safe neighborhoods.

My new 5 came from Sprint via UPS and they just left the box outside.
