Having Paypal Problems

I've had Paypal for over 10 years now and never had an issue. Since Saturday, I've been trying to login and it automatically takes me to the 'change your password' page. I've changed my password 4 times now and as soon as I'm done with that page it says I need to login again. So I go to login and it takes me back to the 'change your password' page again. I've tried emailing Paypal and haven't received an answer yet. I just want to withdraw my money that's in my account for selling some tickets. What can I do? Anyone have this issue? I'm really starting to get worried.
