I'm having issues with the online check in process. I did what I thought was the online check in a few weeks ago through the link on my Disney experience page. It asked me to set a PIN etc... and said check in was complete. I never got an email or anything.
Then last night I logged in again and on my Disney experience it said "online check in available" as if I hadn't already checked in. I'm a Disney travel agent so I logged in on my Disney TA site and proceeded with the check in there....as it didn't show I was checked in yet. So I did everything again and it said I was checked in. Still no text or email confirmation.
My parents are going with us and when my mom did the online check in through my Disney experience, she got an email and a text.
I logged in again this morning and it says "online check in available"!!! It still doesn't show I'm checked in. What is going on here?? It's driving me crazy.
