Having issues with DVC website

Anyone else having a problem logging into the website today? It keeps telling me that I am logged into another disney website not affilated with dvc and to log out (with a link) or complete the form to link the accounts.

I'm not logged into any other disney websites

I didn't have a problem this morning, but just tried and it wouldn't go. I imagine they are doing something or it is "overloaded"

If you log into another one of the Disney websites it wants to tie them all together even though there are different log in name. Even sites like ESPN will cause the dvcmember site to do that. You can either clear your cookies/cache or use a different browser.

no problem now. I didn't do anything, just tried again and it worked.

"We're sorry.

The page you are trying to access is currently not available. "


I am not logged in anywhere else.

It did the same thing to me a few months ago. Had to call in. They couldn't get it to work either so they created an entirely new log in for me to use. Wasn't thrilled about that since it's so hard remembering different log ins and passwords for different sites. But I haven't had a problem since.

Had the same problem happen to me starting about 2 weeks ago. I kept meaning to call, then suddenly it started working for me a couple days ago.

Its frustrating... I've tried different browsers, different computers, clearing cookies, restarting, and everything else I can think of and still no luck

I'm going to have to call member services and I can't find my member card with my number either I'm hoping this isn't a sign that I shouldn't be planning a vacation right now

This is not a problem you can fix yourself. You need to call MS and select the option for help with the members' website.

Good luck! I hope they get it sorted out for you. It took 10 days in my case.
