We are staying at Saratoga Springs and think we want some odds and ends delivered to the room. We've never used this service before. They ask you to select a time frame for delivery. Do we need to plan on being at the room during that entire time frame or does bell services hold it until we get back from the parks? We would like to order things like milk and juice which would need to be refrigerated.

I believe they still hold the cold items, they just won't transfer them between hotels.

We used garden grocer late September and bell services took delivery, kept the cold items cold and even kept a few things in the freezer.

You need to call to have them delivered and be in the room for the delivery, there is a standard fee (6.00 iirc?) plus any tip you deem necessary. Alternately you can go to bell services and pick up the items yourself. We had a case of water, some soda and a few other heavy items so for me the delivery was worth it!

We used garden grocer in October and bell services held our items for us. We had two rooms and quite a lot, so bell services used one of their golf carts to help us get the groceries to our room. They did not charge us, but we did tip the driver.
