Having difficulty navigating forum for FE

New to Disboards and am trying to find a link to FE sign up for our cruise on the DREAM in September 2013. We are leaving 9/5 through 9/8 to Bahamas. Was interested in participating but am frustrated cannot locate where to sign us up. Thanks for any help and please make instructions simple since I am computer challenged! Thanks
