Having a problem signing up

I keep getting message that the name is taken. And I even tried things like dfre4532se45.
Is there some kind of problem registering?

VMK does not allow numbers to be used in the game, so no name containing them will be accepted. They do show suggested alternatives to a name you are trying to use such as AceCogsAce, or AyeCogsAye etc..

Many have signed up before you, so it may not be easy to register the names you would like the most.
