Debbi, I know you can do this!! You've been so successful at losing weight. After all, I just have to look at your gorgeous 50 pound clippie and 2 exercise clippies (9 months!) to know that you are committed to reaching your goal.
It can be really hard to deal with stress. And we have all been conditioned to equate food with comfort, so that's first thing we turn to when things get crazy. Your first step is to take a deep breath and figure out what you can do to change that pattern.
Here are a few stress-busting ideas. I know that you are going to be incredibly busy, but take just a few minutes each day to get rid of stress.
1) Exercise is a good stress reducer and has the added benefit of helping you reach your goal. When you feel the urge to grab a night time snack, maybe you could do a few crunches or some stretches, or if you have the WATP tapes, pop one in and do a few minutes of walking.
2) A bubble bath can be so relaxing and gives you a few minutes to unwind.
3) Turn on some music. Nice soft background music helps me to feel calmer when I'm feeling stressed.
4) Taking ten minutes to just clear your mind and meditate helps, too.
Also, using one of the tried and true methods for beating those cravings can help a lot. Brush your teeth instead of reaching for a snack. That minty flavor in your mouth doesn't mix well with food. Or drink a glass of water

and wait 10 minutes. In 10 minutes you won't want the snack anymore. Imagine the food you are about to eat super glued to your rear and thighs! It puts snacking in a whole new light!
