We're back almost one week from our 3/16 Wonder cruise, and I'm having a hard time saying "good bye" to the cruise forum!

I was trying to convince DH to check out booking on board, but he feels he'd like to experience another cruise line to somewhere else before another Disney cruise:(

We're DVC members, and I will have lots of chances to visit the other forums, but I have this sense of "loss" not being able to be a part of this one! I know I'll be on another DC someday, but for now, I'll just have to rely on my wonderful memories!

You don't have to say goodbye - we "newbies" who haven't cruised yet rely on you "veterans" for answers to all our questions.

Besides maybe a good deal will be posted, and you can convince your hubby to cruise again with Disney - good luck!

I still come over here and read everyday.
We went on the DVC member cruise and I didnt think I would be able to book again, my DH was very disappointed in the cruise.
I booked a girls only trip though so I am excited.
I love to come over here and read tips for whatever reason.
We can always be lurkers.

MRSDON,

Why was DH disappointed? We were on that cruise and thought it was awesome! I love the 7 day cruises, but they really spoiled us DVC members on that cruise. Now if we could have a 7 day member cruise at a time that worked for us!

Dh was disappointed in the quality of food and our servers.
i guess she had several large tables. on our PC night we waited over 1 hour from odeing our food to get our entree.
We missed the adult magican because dinner took so long.
When we ate at Tritons for breakfast, he found the toast and agels to be cold.
He just said that the food and service were Denny's or Shoney's quality.(he said it was just in the dinnin room)
I didnt have a problem with any of it.
Thats why Im going again and its a girls only trip.

That's a shame. We had great servers and I thought the food was even better quality than our last cruise a year ago.

Oh well! Hope you enjoy your girls only trip!

but less then 48 hrs. after getting home, my mom who had gone with us had a major stroke. Natt, you met my mom - she loved that cruise and she's the one who insisted we rebook while aboard. She got me to tape one of the pics. of her, Goofy and Mickey,we'd gotten developed onto her hosp. bed. She said can concentrate on the "prize" awaiting her in Sept. if she works really hard. She's a stubborn and determined lady, so I fully expect to have her with us on the 9/28th cruise.

I gotta agree w/ you. We were on the DVC cruise and were very dissapointed w/ the food and our servers. It seemed to take forever just to get coffee!! It got to the point where I almost dreaded going to dinner w/ our 5 yr old and would estimate our schedules based on at least 2 hours in the dining room.
