We arrived at OKW last night at 8:30. Of course, our room was ready. I had requested buildings 23-29 and have a 2nd floor 1BR in bldg 24. Great view of the golf course and very quiet.

We rode from MCO with <a href="http://www.fltours.com">FLTours</a> and made a grocery stop at Kash-N-Carry (the driver provided a discount card for us to use in the store). Check-in was fast and easy and our driver just took us to the room and helped carry the groceries to the room.

Room is in great shape. New furnishings and clean. We switched our TT/Full clean days with housekeeping this morning.

We ate at Olivia's- great meal- 10% DVC discount was applied without asking.

Got up early this morning and walked to DD. It was 4.45 miles round trip from our room to the Art of Disney store. Temp was 72 and is supposed to get up to 90 again today. SSR is really coming along. I'll post some photos later. Mostly superstructure, but lots of activity. Quite a change since our last visit in Feb.

Stopped at South Point pool on our way back from DD and took a refreshing swim.

We just finished breakfast and are heading to MGM in a few minutes.

The resort appears to be relatively busy at this time. I expect that next week will pick up even more.

We are arriving Sunday at OKW. We'll be there until Thursday.

This will be our first trip "home"!

That is, if we make the 1000 mile road trip intact with our 15 month son and almost 3 yr old daughter without losing our sanity!

Great DOC is on vacation. Now we post what ever we want on the boards and he won't care....LOL

If it is running, it didn't come near building 24. I always set the AC blower to "ON" instead of "AUTO" and don't usually hear any outside noise. It seems to provide a good level of white noise.

I'll pay special attention tonight and listen for the early morning train!
