Hi, I'll pop out of lurkdom on this thread and join in on the fun. I've been reading this thread and the FAQ thread and have gotten lots of great information from everyone (special thanks to Kelly!). We're heading to GF RPC in late August and I am so ready / excited for this trip.
Me: 36, working mom. Went to Disney a few times as a kid, first time as adult was three years ago with dh and our two dd's, then ages 5 and 2 (the little one turned 3 while were were there). Kids have been asking to return, and even though I don't like to vacation in the same place twice, we decided to return to WDW this summer. Besides, there's always something new to do at the World, right?
DH: 38, working dad. Originally from Europe (I actually met him while on vacation there with my parents, how lame is that?) Before our trip to WDW in 2005, he had only been to
Disneyland Paris, which he didn't like that much. But he really enjoyed WDW so was very agreeable to return this year.
DD #1: 8 years old; third-grader. My "perfect" child. Gets straight A's, takes ballet and piano and yoga and tennis. Still a child at heart in that she's quite innocent (no Hannah Montana for her; she still loves Winnie the Pooh and cries at sad movies), but also an "old soul" (she can play chess for hours with her father, reads books on mythology and Egyptology, and her favorite class is Latin -- go figure).
DD #2: 5 years old; kg. My "not-so-perfect" child.

Is sweet 99.9 percent of the time, but throws the most outrageous temper tantrums. Favorite word of all time (when she's acknowledging you): "Hurumph!" Has as much street smart that her older sister lacks. My little couch potato -- can sit and watch TV for days on end if I let her. She loves the Disney princesses and thinks of herself as one of them. Go figure.
Here's a pic of all of us from our vacation last spring (BTW, I've lost another 10 pounds since then; just had to put that in -- I'm vain, what can I say?

):
Thanks for letting me join in on the fun. Looking forward to "chatting" with everyone!
