Chan, re: the Lucy incident, I'd be BEYOND PISSED at the bus driver. OMG! I'd have insisted that he/she was fired. Unbelievably rude. To mess with an impaired person, let alone a child is just unforgivable. I am seething mad right now FOR you!
And with the Jojo incident, that is just unsafe. Does she have the same driver every day? Maybe you could mention it to him/her first because maybe it was an oversight. And if they aren't receptive to your comment or do it again, you could call. Then again, maybe an anonymous phone call would be better!

It's ok Kristin- I am a GF Gal that wants to stay at All Star Movies (at least once.) I know you all think I am nuts- but it looks so cute!!! I know my little kids would love it! My older 2 would never say so- but they were raised on Toy Story- and could not resisit the call of the giant Buzz Lightyear.
Until Keith lost his job I was going to take them all down this summer. I guess it will have to wait for another year.

Tomorrow we are going to my parents house to celebrate 4 birthdays - sil, nephew, brother & mom. I told my mom I would make the cake. I like to try something new each year - this year I decided to try a camo cake. My dh helped me decorate and figure out what colors to use to make olive (he does graphics so he knows his colors) - he was a huge help. Here are a few pictures of how it turned out. It was fun and nice to spend time with him doing something different.

Ooooh well I was thinking we should go in October, because in one week it is Jorge's birthday, Alex's (3) and Owen (1). But that really seals it! Actually Jorge doesn't want to go back until all the boys are over 40". Aidan is 42" now, Alex is 36" and Owen is, oh.... 21". LOL I wonder if Alex will be 40" by October. What do you guys think? 4 inches in 9 months?

OMG Siobhan, I got Aidan a pair of Nike Shox for our June trip to just push him over 40". It worked 95% of the time. He got booted from Splash Mtn one time and he just about died. Complete and utter devastation! Poor guy! He absolutely loved Soarin though, I think it was his favorite.

Although we did let him (at age 3) go on TOT... along with my 85 year old Grandma. What a fun time! Everyone around us thought we were nuts but my Grandma rocks! She went on Incredible Hulk at Universal two years earlier.

Hey all!! HOLLA FREAK DOG!!! Welcome to the thread here.....yeah we wil have to meet up in the lounge over drinks. Love your tequila sign. I don't do tequila shots anymore. I was out running errands. Lucy got all pink and purple on her braces....Valentine colors..... I still have bfast mess in the kitchen....and I have to go out again!!!

I looked for my black Mary Jane crocs....no luck. Hmm...time to go online. BUMMER.

Oh..that LUcy bus driver thing happened a couple months ago. I am over it but I get TICKED OFF even thinking about it....when Lucy got dropped off in our driveway the witch was YELLING AT HER while she stood on the driveway..I was watching for her - like I always do... and then LUcy turned to the driver and that woman was yelling....I thought maybe just at kids on the bus...but lucy came tearing up the driveway in tears...and I said WHAT HAPPENED and she didn't even want to talk about it aht witch humiilated her so badly....OMG...I WAS LIVID. Lucy is such a sweet gentle girl and so smart and that witch made her feel stupid and helpless.

I was talking to Z about the weird bus stuff...and he said he had a DRUNK bus driver a while back! Said the guy was all over the road and he even said "Hey bud, do you need some help driving?" OMG! I SAID ZACK YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD SOMEBODY ....and he realizes that now...but then he said all he wanted was to make it to school safely....never saw that guy again.....

OK! I can't believe we can almost start packing!!!

I think I might suck it up and buy some black Mary Jane Crocs for the trip...they match our GF hoodies..and tees....but will Siobhan still be seen with me if I wear those? I think they are coyote ugly but I cannot find any cute comfy shoes. I have Keens and tennies....but the Crocs are (I hate to say it) cuter.

Will Siobhan make me walk 10 paces behind if i wear mine????

OOOH!!!!! I LOVE BEER AND CIGARS!!!! I will add those to my shopping list. Maybe one night we can tie one on... Just no tequila shooters... We can sit up and smoke and drink the night away.... Maybe play a little Slap Jack..... OR Disney Uno???! Sound good?? I will look into some quality cigars.... I know you probably only like quality. No funky stuff. Some of my best friends are dogs. I will have to ask Snoopy which brand he prefers. I'll surprise ya.

Well...I ordered them...I was mad I couldn't get them here at a store though....I guess they have run their course in STYLE..and are on the way out... ...and a bunch of Peanuts Jibbitz to go on them. I figured if I have to wear butt ugly (sorry Freak Dog) shoes...I could at least deck them out to make them cuter...or tackier...whichever way it goes....nobody knows.....

Goat detained over armed robbery

LAGOS (Reuters) - Police in Nigeria are holding a goat on suspicion of attempted armed robbery.

Vigilantes took the black and white beast to the police saying it was an armed robber who had used black magic to transform himself into a goat to escape arrest after trying to steal a Mazda 323.

"The group of vigilante men came to report that while they were on patrol they saw some hoodlums attempting to rob a car. They pursued them. However one of them escaped while the other turned into a goat," Kwara state police spokesman Tunde Mohammed told Reuters by telephone.

"We cannot confirm the story, but the goat is in our custody. We cannot base our information on something mystical. It is something that has to be proved scientifically, that a human being turned into a goat," he said.

Belief in witchcraft is widespread in parts of Nigeria, Africa's most populous nation. Residents came to the police station to see the goat, photographed in one national newspaper on its knees next to a pile of straw.
