Kristin I thought you were the one who posted about Teppan Edo...but the old memory isnt always so great!! I added that to the list a while back...we have done most of the other Epcot restaurants and its nice to try something new...especially knowing that you like it so much you dine there every trip...we like Benihana too ....

Amy........Thanks for your insight on the Wave . We LOVED Concourse Steakhouse and were so sad when they closed it . I wasn't too interested after seeing a menu for the Wave and after your opinion I think we'll skip that one .
