Good Morning Gals!

It snowing here...again!!! a gray yucky day....

Was up and out early...had a doctors appt....a follow up to a problem I had last summer at mammo time....so stressful!! Now he said see you in 6 months...good enough for me...


Hopefully everything is ok . It is a good sign that he doesn't want to see you back right away .



I guess I wont have to pack any shorts this weekend... Thats ok I'd rather be chilly in Disney than anywhere else....


I agree.....better to be in Disney with a little cold weather than at home or anywhere else .


Sounds like you are going to have an "R" rated back pack.... Stay outta there Polly Deb!!!


No kidding . Just take me out the back pack and sit me up in the cabana with a fluffy drink .


Deb I'm hoping the weather reports are wrong (as they often are!!) and that you wont get too much snow!!!


Unless I got the time wrong as to when all the snow was supposed to start, they are TOTALLY WRONG.....as it's bright and sunny with no signs of snow . Hopefully they were way off and we don't get anything .

I finally started packing!! Yes - I've overpacked too! Since I'm driving I feel like I can overpack, but I'll be annoyed when I get home and have to unpack it all. I'm weird and even if I haven't worn certain things, I still feel the need to wash and iron them again!

I always weigh my luggage before we leave...the airlines get enough of my $$$

I dont' know what I am gonna do.....I take something out and I put something else in. I am not kidding...I am not trying to be silly....I am seriously giving myself a headache...I am addicted to my stuff. I have issues apparently. (well I know I do)

But seriously....I am not joking I am totally inept. I am going to just try and visualize...what will I be wearing on a certain day? OMG...I have issues.....

How big is your luggage GALS?!? HELP ME!! I AM FLOUNDERING.....I am trying to use a 34 or 35 inch rolling duffle...with a smaller one for misc and toiletries....I am stuck. I am just STUCK. I have been at it since I left here....I am just up the creek. I usually use larger luggage..but I am TRYING not to...maybe I will have to.

I am the SAME way . There's something about clean clothes being in a suitcase on the way home that I ALWAYS feel the need to wash EVERYTHING even if it wasn't worn .

You know what purse I'm talking about!! But I can fit a TON in it! I pack my VB hipsters- they aren't big enough to do the job on the plane! Sad but true!

I roll everything by outfit and put undergarments, socks, etc. in my shoes, boots. You probably already do that but thought I'd mention it...

How many jeans should I bring?? How many pjs?? I need a number..... How many capris?? How many LS tees?? short sleeve??

I have a polar fleece jacket packed....a cashmere turtleneck...and jeans for cooler evenings...

I am bringing 3 hipsters....and my backpack....and books and snacks...too much stuff...

Chan: Just relax and breathe. Do you really need a fleece, cashmere and jean jacket? I'd bring one. Something that can go with everything. If you bring a sweater, you can layer that under it should it get very cold. Bring ONE hipster. I'd bring regular sneakers, just in case it's too cold in the evening for crocs. Check the weather and maybe ask Mandy how the days have been. If it's really breezy, you might not need more than 2 short sleeve shirts, mostly long sleeves. Go for comfort, your going there to party!

Mandy: Thanks for the BM link I have a store around the block but I'm too lazy to go there in the snow. I'm just going to spend the $4 for shipping

BlueDeb: Glad the DR visit went well. Yes, my DH loves to shop a little too much actually. He tends to buy the boys things I would never buy. I hate seeing them outgrow something expensive so quick. Luckily, my little one is on the small side, he'll be two next weekend and he's still wearing size 12 month clothing. So, he's getting his money's worth with him.

Well, it's snowing out. It's just now starting to really stick. They're saying it's going to snow all evening. I have to go out tomorrow to run errands for DS4's class bday party Thursday. I really hope we don't get as much snow as predicted.

Chan- The laptop! Forgot you were bringing that... Could you bring the backpack as your purse/personal item instead of a hipster? That way you could fit your book, snacks, and a lot more in there. Can you ditch a Hipster. I shouldn't be talking , I'm bringing 2!!

Thursday is freezing cold so I'm wearing jeans. Its only saying a high of 54 and a low of 34 - FREEZING!! That is jeans weather for me. I can wear my tee with another tee under it!

So for Thursday - jeans, l/s tee, s/s tee, polarfleece jacket or vest, gloves, scarf (for at night if needed) and sorry ladies but I'm wearing my uggo UGGS because they are warm and super comfy!!

Friday - 64/44 (temps) - so I'm probably wearing jeans again. I have capris for this day too, JIC, tee, polarfleece jacket or HOODIE! Uggs or tennis shoes.

Sat. 73/51 - capris, top, a hoodie for a night and Flip Flops!! Will change into another pair of shoes for nighttime.

Sun. 75/53 - Capris or shorts, tee, flip flops, hoodie for nighttime. Will probably change shoes for night again.

Monday - sweats, shorts, tee and hoodie to drive home in . Tennis shoes.

Plus, a dressy outfit/shoes for dinner, 5 jammies,etc.

I was just reading on another board about a woman who sold some Disney teddy bear for $700! Then someone posted about selling a single Disney dollar for $240!

I have a bunch of Disney dollars in my jewelry box and checked the years and they are from 1988-1990! I checked on Ebay and they are not selling but fro a few bucks so i guess i will hang onto them. I was shocked that they were that old! They are now tucked safely back in my jewelry box !
