Traci Good luck with your Thanksgiving dinner...it is my official holiday- so I do all the cooking every year-the yucky bird and all...the kids love it and eat left overs for days...

Mandy Sorry to hear about Mikes sudden demise...(I would have thought the same thing..) That country style dinner sounds yummy...

Maxie 117 days....I havent mentioned lately how much I hate the cold have I!!!

Channing I guess that we are the only traditionalists holding out our decorating until after Thanksgiving....

Massachusetts girls~ We spent the week end in your neck of the woods..Boston to be more specific...doing the college search thing...and as you all know there is NO place with more colleges than there!! DH and I happen to love Boston it is a great town...had a fun weekend.(even if it was freezing!)...but now I'm exhausted...

Still had enough energy to sit down and type though...

Hope everyone had a nice weekend... I'm going to watch the music awards too...

I don't think that you ever mentioned that you didn't like winter. Glad you had a good time in Boston. It sure was cold this weekend. What schools were you looking at?
No decorating for me either until after Thanksgiving. I would just be too wierd to have Thanksgiving dinner with Christmas decorations up. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Thanks Blueskies and everyone else who has asked about my wedding. Disney really does most everything for you, so it is just a lot of waiting. I have to print my programs and finish some favor boxes, etc. but before I can do those things, I have to know how many people are coming and who they are! My worksheets are due to Disney Weddings Thursday so I have told EVERYONE they have until Thursday to decide once and for all if they are coming or not. I figure if they don't know by now, they aren't coming.

59 days until WDW, 61 days until my wedding! I don't know which I am more excited for

Morning Gals! Had a great weekend in Romeoville. We went with two other families. It was nice to have dh around again. We had a tumbling meet yesterday and it was LONG but a lot of fun. Both girls did great. I never sleep well at hotels and had dreams all night about being at the GF for Christmas.

Traci- You are cracking me up about the Yams. Good luck with dinner! You will do just fine. My idea would be to call everyone else and make them bring some things so you do not have to cook as much!

Morning Gals! Had a great weekend in Romeoville. We went with two other families. It was nice to have dh around again. We had a tumbling meet yesterday and it was LONG but a lot of fun. Both girls did great. I never sleep well at hotels and had dreams all night about being at the GF for Christmas.

My house is freakishly quiet. Everybody is gone. It's weird......it's too early to be up and have a quiet house.

Thanks for all the well wishes . I'm not feeling the best this morning but I did actually sleep great last night .....although I did wake up with the same headache and stuffiness that I went to bed with . Maybe after I get moving this morning I'll feel a little better .

Traci.....Don't feel bad.....I never knew yams and sweet potatoes were the same either . But then I've never cooked Thanksgiving dinner......we usually go to my mom's or DH's mom's....makes it alot easier . You will cook a fine dinner .

And Chan....I TOTALLY get you about having three crazy busy demanding kids . I have three myself.....with 44 year old DH being the ring leader . I thought once my boys got older it would get better........NOT .....if anything they're more needy and demanding as they get older . I keep telling DH if I wanted three kids I would have had another one after #2 .
