Good Morning everyone!

I am off to get Shawn ready for school and do a few things around the house.
The coach has added another practice tonight for them and the WON on Saturday!! I hope everyone has a great day!! Oh I weep for Tom Brady as my pats lost yesterday and to say I was pissed is an understatement.

Morning Ladies :). Hope everyone had a great weekend :flower3:. It seems like the days are flying by with another week ahead of us already . Where does the time go :confused3. I like fall but that means winter isn't too far behind and I'm not too fond of winter :headache:.

Dawn ~ I'm guilty :guilty:....I was one doing :laundy: yesterday :rotfl: :rotfl:. Just let me say I don't know where it all comes from as it never ends for me !!! Ok...done with my little rant...no more laundry talk from me :rotfl:.

I'll catch you ladies later as I have to check on DS so I can get him to school and then back home to get ready to leave myself. Have a good one gals :upsidedow.

Deb :cool2:

Good morning everyone. It sure was quiet around here over the weekend. We had great weather the past couple of days. Today is cloudy and cold.

Kelly: Did you know that Miami was the last team to beat the Pats? That was back in 2006.

vberry: Congrats on the free dining at GF.:thumbsup2

tinklvr64: Sorry about the code. DS's DGF got a code a few weeks ago. It came to our house since this is the address and phone number they have for her. It was good for our dates, so we called and the only thing we could get was the BC and it wasn't that much off anyway. I would have taken it, but they wanted to stay at the Hilton and Gaylord so that is where we are. It is their Christmas present, so I guess I can let them pick the resort. As you can see, I picked the May trip.:rotfl2: Anyway still no code for us either.

I hope the rumors about DVC at the GF are not true. It would just make the resort too big.

Morning~ :surfweb:

Well it was a great weekend for us as far as sports go! The Rays are in the playoffs, The Bucs won in OT, and our Gators beat the pants off Tenn. DH is in heaven! :woohoo:

Anyways, we begin all the back to school stuff today. I have to register DS, tour the school, have him tested to see what K class he gets placed in (he needs to be in the higher class since he is beginning to read) make a DR. appointment to have forms filled out, and then go hunt for uniforms and shoes, school supplies, a lunch box, and the list goes on! We are getting up earlier and getting all the kids to bed much early to get use to our new schedule.

I am excited for him, but scarred to death of him being in school all day with kids that will teach him God know what. He is a sensitive kid and tends to wear his sleeve on his shoulder. He has gotten better, but he is majorly kind and sometimes that is something other kids make fun of him for or use to their advantage! One kid at CHURCH made fun of him for saying thank you when he was given snacks during Sunday school. Mean kids make me MAD!

OK I do have a funny thing to tell you all. DS asked us where we went to eat for our date Friday night , and before I could tell him he interrupted and said "please don't say Chuckie Cheese, if you say Chuckie Cheese I am gonna DIE!" I cracked up! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Have a great day!

Morning GF fans!

Kelly...omg....you poor Pats fan you. That is too bad. Does Tom Brady even play these days or is he still injured? That is wonderful Shawn's team won! Wish our girls soccer team knew how that felt.:rotfl: :rotfl: It was a butt kicking embarrassment on Saturday.:rotfl2:

Maxie, I agree. I hope there's no DVC at the GF. DH says it's somebody's wishful thinking on starting that rumor. Something about turning the GF into a time share just doesn't appeal to me. I am not sure why but I don't like the thought of it. No matter what, I have NO interest in DVC. Anywhere on Disney property.

It was a beautiful, fun weekend. We did our soccergame/photo commitments and ran tons of errands. DH and DS closed the pool...that's a huge job. Glad I am not involved.:rotfl: We just ran around and had fun after that job was done.

Wow...I typed some stuff and it disappeared. But that's ok...my life is boring lately.:rotfl: It was blah blah just to have something to add here.:rotfl:

Happy Monday, all.

BTW any one watch the Emmys last night? I watched and thought they were horrible. I hated the 5 host thing! I was so board. BUT the Josh Groban thing was funny. I was sad the Office did not win anything but 30 Rock rocked, and i love Tina Fey, So I was happy for her!

Mandy....Mean kids suck. It is sooo sad that there are so many of them. Remember Lucy with her broken foot? THAT was the meannest thing in my experience with mean kids....but there are too many mean kids to count. You just have to hug and love your little guy again & again. It can be brutal out there.:headache: BUT....I guess it will be good for him, too....he will have to develop a thicker skin. My DS was like that too....So sweet and naive...he still is...but omg..wait til HS...what they are exposed to.

Hey...I'll tell ya what's even worse then MEAN KIDS....MEAN TEACHERS. Right now DD's best friends have this teacher that is a WITCH. :scared1: Worse even but I can't put it in print. She has made both DD's good friends - GOOD KIDS - CRY in class with her humiliation. DD's BEST friend cries in the morning about going to school! These are 12 yr olds...GOOD STUDENTS, GREAT KIDS, BEHAVED ....she is just beaten down by this crazy freak teacher. THANK GOD Lucy doesn't have that woman. I'd be in jail right now. When DS had her I was the newb...not anymore. She made ME cry in a meeting...she has NO shame. That woman needs to go bye bye. DH gave DD a teeny tape recorder and her friends are going to try and record the way this freak talks to the kids in class.....she is also racist. There is one boy in the class that Lucy thinks is Muslim or something and the way that freak talks to him is disgusting. And we are in an upper middle class area....not some dive school. The taxes we pay would curl peeps hair and to have this type of freak abusing the kids is unacceptable. The kids/parents need to get together to get this ***** out of teaching here.

DOn't even get me started.......

Morning All! :goodvibes

Fun weekend here. DH and I had a nice lunch on Friday in Oakbrook and then he played hookey the rest of the afternoon. DS was SO excited to see him at the bus stop!!

Saturday we drove up to Milwaukee Zoo for the day. We stopped in Lake Geneva on the way back and had a nice dinner near the water, walked around the town. Just good old fashioned family time.

Yesterday we just chilled around the house. Watched the Bears lose (BOO!!!!) and the Sox win (Magic Number is 5!!!!)

Since multi quote hasn't been working right for me :confused3 here is what I remember

V- I have stayed at the MCO Hyatt many times in my business travel days. I would drop off my rental car Friday night, crash, and take an EARLY flight home on Saturday. It is nice, but pricey. I am not sure if DME would take your luggage to the GF that night if you aren't taking the bus till the AM though. You would probably have to go get it and bring it to the Hyatt with you and then on the bus in the AM. I would try for a value resort because it will be way cheaper than the Hyatt and then DME can handle the luggage (the Disney hotel can do the luggage transfer for you if you want)

D- that stinks about the pin code!! I can't complain since we got 20% off earlier this year, but it seems like a lot of others did A LOT better than we did. But at least you know you can get them, right??

C- I HATE MEAN TEACHERS!!! We had one in 6th grade like that. This is why tenure can be such a bad thing!!!

M- too funny about the swiffer in the toilet! :rotfl: Glad you enjoyed your date night too!

Hi to everyone else. I am just doing a quick catch up and then I need to work out. I swear I have gained 10 pounds since that infamous day at the Cheesecake Factory :sad2:

Take Care!

Mandy ~ Good luck with your list of things to do to get ready for school :teacher:. I know it's hard, but try not to worry about DS...I'm sure he'll do just fine :flower3:. I can't believe someone actually made fun of him for saying "thank you" :scared1:. That's just a well-mannered upbringing, IMO :thumbsup2. It's just horrible how mean some kids can be :headache:.

Woohoo! :woohoo:

I was just checking my Visa Rewards on line and we have earned enough to pay for the upgrade to our AP's in December with a little to spare!!!

Time to start saving for the June trip now!!!!!! :rotfl:

Kristin~the gynboree boys clothes you linked are adorable... a little to small for my teens :rotfl: BUT I just might have to get some for DNephew :)

Also WTG with your AP upgrade...

When in June are you planning your trip for...We might try June next year too..Not sure:confused3

Its not as hot as August I hope....

OK, the gymboree holiday line is out!! I like it A LOT better than last year's (at least for the boys!)

http://www.gymboree.com/shop/dept_o...729&bmUID=1222114030803&productSizeSelected=0

Call me crazy but I love this for Thanksgiving!!!! I may need to make a run to Gymbo tomorrow and earn some more gymbucks before next week's redemption :rolleyes1

Don't remind me! I can not believe Christmas is ONLY 3 months away! I am not crazy over the Girls stuff..... It is cute but I am not a huge fan of this years dresses. Red Plaid is so predictable, LOL! :rotfl: :rotfl: I can't wait to see Hartstrings dresses!

I DO love the outfit you linked. Very cute for Thanksgiving and even pumpkin patch pictures! (Am I the only one that does that?) :confused3

Any one else freaked out about how close Christmas is? :scared1:

Mandy ~ You're not alone with those kinds of pictures...I am a picture FREAK...any opportunity to snap a pic...I'm there :rotfl:. And I LOVE pumpkin patch pictures ;). I especially love fall/Halloween/Christmas time....those are the best times to take lots of pictures :thumbsup2. If only they can stay little forever.....mine are way too old for the pumpkin patch now :sad1:....those were some of the cutest pictures I ever took :goodvibes. And as far as Christmas being so close (only THIRTEEN WEEKS away with Thanksgiving being only NINE WEEKS away)....YES.....I'm really freaked out as well :scared1: :scared1:!!!! Time is going by way too fast for me......it'll be 2009 before we know it :scared: . I can't even tell you where summer went and it's almost the end of September already :sad2:.

Kristin ~ Cute outfit :thumbsup2. And YAY on the AP upgrade with rewards :cool1: :cool1:.

BlueSkies ~ If June doesn't work out for you, we'll be there in July :rotfl: :rotfl:. But I think July and August might be about the same as far as it being HOT :scared1:.

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

OK Ladies pray and pray HARD! I have been nauseous for the past several days for no reason  . I finally checked my calendar and I seem to have missed an appointment if you know what I mean! :scared1: I had my tubes tied after baby number 4 so I am pretty sure thats not the reason, BUT I have heard of plenty of women having babies after a tubal....... I am so freaked because we just took down a crib for the first time since 2002! :scared: :scared: :scared:
