Good Morning all!!!
I just put DS on the bus dressed in his Sunday best. Today is "Day at the Opera" in music class so EVERYONE had to dress up. He looked so handsome!!!!!!
I bet your little guy looked so cute going to school this morning.....how fun
.
Traci- Welcome home!!! It sounds like you had a wonderful time!!! I can't wait to hear details!!! (I think I am the closest now that Dawn cancelled her trip

We are at 31 Days!!

)
31 days is not a long time.......the days will fly by
. You will be at the GF before you know it
.
Re: Thanksgiving- we used to travel to both sides of the family on turkey day and Easter. We saw my IL's first and my family second. DS was always such an overtired monster by the time we got to my family's that I finally called it quits 3 years ago

It wasn't fair to him to make him spend so much time in the car and we were always rushing around. Now we see one family on Easter (the other the day before) and one on Thanksgiving (the other usually the day after) They alternate years as to who gets what holiday. This year it was my family for Easter (but DS got sick so we saw NO ONE!) and his family for Thanksgving. Next year it will be the reverse. It works quite well. Christmas is a lot easier. We see his family on Christmas Eve and mine Christmas Day (in the afternoon only- we do Santa presents etc. just the 3 of us

)
We do the same for Christmas......DH's family Christmas Eve and mine Christmas Day
. But Thanksgiving we do both on that day......but both sets of parents live close so not really much traveling
.
Hi to everyone else!!!!!!!!!!!
Remember, no matter which candidate you support, please do your civic duty and head to your local polling place today and cast your vote!!

Like, Kel, I intend on being up late today glued to the news... has been a tradition for me since the 1992 election.
I agree
.
Later Taters!
