Haven't received my docs

I am traveling Sept 19th but cruising on the 23rd on a 3-night. I am getting kind of worried but I have not received my documents yet. I know there phone bank is going to be a nightmare so how long should I wait until I call since I have less than 2 weeks before I leave.

If you used a TA, call them. DOcs will be sent to them first, then forwarded to you. If you booked thru DCL, they will be "overnighted" to you. I'd wait till they have their ships in port and back out again--hopefully that will be Tuesday.

I was starting to worry because we're leaving the 18th...called DCL last week to give them my cell number and let them know where we'd be at WDW (separate ressies), and they thanked me for the info and said docs would be sent next week. (for 9/25 cruise)

I am on the 9/26 cruise; booked through DU. Rec'd doc's from DCL directly (not DU) in yesterday's mail.
