haven't heard and trip is soon

I've got a reservation at WL 11/19 - 11/23. This is the first time I've booked on-line so I don't know if things are different than when you call CRO... but I still haven't gotten anything in the mail - no cute little envelope with our reservation - nothing! I printed out the confirmation when I paid on line with my CC and the deposit has shown up on my credit card statement... but no Disney envelope with my "itinerary". Should I be concerned?

By the way - I got a good deal I think - courtyard view at about $139/night

Call CRO today and ask for a confirmation letter. Same thing happened to my DW and I -- we finally called back and asked nicely if they would mail or email us a confirmation of our reservation (indicating dates, what we paid, anything we owed -- I'd hate to be like the fellow DIS-er who paid thousands of dollars and was told, "You still owe us 11 cents!").

We got it in a couple of days by snail-mail. We'll have it in our hot little hands when we check into the Beach Club Sunday!! Whoo-hoo!!

I didn't get a confirmation letter or anything in the mail when I booked my reservation on-line either for my August trip. I just printed out my confirmation email and took that with me. (I didn't prepay the balance on my room, just the deposit though). I had absolutely no problems at all.

Maybe a quick call to CRO just to verify they have your ressie would help or ask if they could send you a written confirmation.

After you finished your res. there should have been a confirmation letter which was the last screen you saw, if you wrote down the confirmation number, which you should have gotten after you finished the process you can type it in on the section, check your reservations, and it should show you your confirmation.

You can call CRO and ask to confirm your reservation but I am pretty certain that the confirmation you got when you booked it IS the confirmation.
