I am wanting to know which rides may induce motion sickness at both IOA and USO.

I don't ride Star Tours, Flight of Passage, Mad Tea Party, Mission Space, or Soarin'.

I'm also "Pooh" sized...aw heck, who am I kidding. I could easily do a vlog called "A Fat Girl Goes to Disney."

So, any rides that might be difficult from a size aspect would be helpful, as well.

Welcome back to Universal. You will see on your visit to IOA and US that things have changed for sure. The parks are beautiful, fun and easy to navigate.

Now for the the size. There are test seats before the these rides The Hulk Roller coaster, Escape from Gringotts, Race Through New York, The Mummy, Dr Doom’s Fearfall. Can’t remember if there are any more test seats on others. I usually don’t pay attention to them. Others can chime in on that.

Rides that might induce motion sickness possibly are at

IOA

Storm Force Accelatron

Forbidden Journey (In Hogsmeade)

US

The Simpsons Ride

Spider-Man and Transformers I don’t have a problem with.

No matter what your size you will enjoy Universal for sure. The two Potter parks are awesome there are shows to watch and plenty to do. You will love it.

Hi I agree with Robo56 about the rides suggested for motion sickness. I can't do Forbidden Journey or the Simpsons. I can do most of the other rides. I also don't have a problem with Spiderman or Transformers but see that you have problems with Star tours, Soaring and Flight of Passage. Those two usually don't effect people but something to consider.

In the studios is Men In Black ride. It is like Toy Story Mania however, if your car is hit with a laser gun from someone else your car can spin. On our last trip there My daughter and I went on it and we were hit several times with the laser and we were spinning. We got really sick and can't take a chance on the spinning. I have not heard of anyone else having problems with the spinning of that ride.

I would also use you tube to take a look at the seats. Most of the rides do have test seats but just in case they don't you will have an idea if you would be able to ride it.

Glad to hear you are coming back to Universal. We love staying on-site. With the teens older we enjoy Universal so much. We can't wait to get back each year. Enjoy!

Thank you so much! Mainly this is for Harry Potter but we have the time so we'll give it two days. I didn't really enjoy my time there in 1998 and other than HP never had a desire to go back. Maybe this trip will change my mind? I was so happy to see ET is still there as that was one of my highlights in '98.

Not being mean...I think it's awesome there is something for everyone!
