Good to see you again, Karen. I recall so many of your conversations with Angelrose (Mary). Don't be a stranger.
Some heating and air company and BotoxI think one day we should have a best adverts on the forum thread. Today, (no searches) I have an ad for WDW tickets, a local cinema, some rather nice tag heuer watches (which I often wear), and some sort of PS5 gadget.
PS. Hello and welcome back @minnie56
Ironically, a “Best Adverts on the Forum” thread would consist mostly of posters advertising ad-blockers.I think one day we should have a best adverts on the forum thread. Hello Dan ,Good to see you again, Karen. I recall so many of your conversations with Angelrose (Mary). Don't be a stranger.
It's like the ones who have been barking from their hills to boycott the NFL over the Kapernick and kneeling thing. It seems they only boycott on certain days. Sundays they pause the boycott to watch the games and talk about the games on Monday morning. Then Monday night football into Tuesday morning watercooler talk. Tuesday afternoons, the boycott is on again, scream it all over FB. Until Thursday. Pause your boycott again to talk all day about the game tonight, watch the game, and half the day Friday you talk about it. Then back to the boycott for Friday afternoon and Saturday where you pause again the following Sunday to watch the games.Another component of a YAGE is saying you are leaving but continuing to post. So, you are falling into the stereotype and feeding into it.

Ughhh!!! Thanks for this info!!Chrome is going to disable adblocker extensions in 2023 but they will still work on Firefox and other browsers that use Chromium like Brave and Opera. But yeah Adblock + Ublock Origin work great on desktop. Haven't seen ads in years.
From the article...
. For some extensions, this apparently won’t be a problem: Adblock Plus, one of the most popular ad blockers, has come out in favor of the MV3 changes — though it’s worth noting that the extension has a financial relationship with Google. Others, however, may be more severely impacted.
Still, other adblock extensions such as Ublock Origin and adblockers specifically for Youtube will have issues. I swapped off Chrome and I use Firefox now. I just wanted to let people know of the change. From the article...
