Have you used Dreams Unlimited

A friend told me about DU before our 2002 trip to WDW - we loved them so much that we'd never go without using them again (they were just as helpful for our 2003 trip). They prepare an entire itinerary for you, if you want them to; they make all PS's for you, which saves you lots of time; they have great suggestions and can answer all questions quickly and expertly; and the best part is that you don't have to constantly scout for the latest room discount codes - they do that for you, too, then automatically apply the savings to your balance!

I've recommended DU to everyone I know who's planning a trip to WDW!

Another thumbs up for DU!!! ::yes::

I agree with the above poster- these guys were great and totally took all the stress out of the whole planning process. Quick responses to e-mails and prompt delivery of confirmation documents. Loved the process and will use them again for our next trip.

DU does offer some great services, but I still think you have to stay on top of things. On our last trip to WDW, we used DU for the first time. Our agent always responded very quickly to our e-mails and we did get an awesome itinerary. However, she did miss some important things. A discount came out for our travel time period, but I was the one who discovered the better deal. I didn't notice it until the last day it was available, so I can only assume that it had been out for quite some time. It saved us $500. The other thing was that we only had 3 PS request, and she was only got us one of the three. All that said, we are using DU again this summer, and everything is going GREAT!! Just a heads up on keeping on top of things.

I e-mailed DU for a quote for the Contemporary. I have a AAA and gave DU the number that the local AAA gave me when I called. I didn't realize that it wasn't the complete number. DU told me that I would have to supply the complete number but also gave me a quote that was supposedly with the AAA discount. The quote was $.03 less for the 4 days than what the Disney website was quoting undiscounted. I e-mailed back that I would get the complete AAA number, and I questioned the amount. I was assured that this was the rate WITH the discount.

I went to AAA and got the complete number. Then I went to the Disney Store and bought a ticket so that I would have an 800 number for WDW reservations. I made my own reservation for about $200 less than the DU quote.

They were prompt with e-mails and very nice. But I decided that I am more comfortable being in charge of my own reservations. I have heard good things about DU, though.

I used DU for our November trip. We stayed at the Dolphin at the government rate. DU made all of our PSs. DU was even able to get a reservation to CRT. All in all, we were pleased with the service we received.

I have used Dreams for many trips since 2000, and I have been more than pleased each time. My agent, Liz, is terrific! Dreams is very on top of things. Each time they have been able to get me code rate and/or AP discounts, and they have had complete success in getting my requested priority seatings. I highly recommend them! ::yes::
